Subscriptions and refunds

• Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FiniFeed → Cancel Subscription. If you cancel during the free month, you won’t be charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us too – we’ll help.
• New phone? Open FiniFeed and tap “Restore purchases”.

Delete my data

Email team@finifeed.com from the address you used for the waitlist and we’ll delete it. The FiniFeed apps keep your data only on your phone – deleting the app deletes it. More in our Privacy Policy.

Something looks broken?

Instagram and other networks change their websites from time to time. When that happens, a part of FiniFeed may look odd for a few hours until we push a fix. Let us know – it helps a lot.
